What fabric bases do you offer?
We offer 21 main bases and 50 other bases. See full details on the Fabric Info Page.
Do you offer Wholesale pricing?
No. We sell our fabric at the lowest possible price EVERYDAY.
Custom printing is fabric printed with designs from Independent Designers. These designs cannot be found in traditional fabric shops and are usually printed just for you.
What is custom printing?
Can I bring my own design?
YES!! Our minimum is 1 meter per design. See the Custom Printing page for full details.
Where is your fabric printed?
All fabric is printed overseas in China using Reactive Dyes. Reactive Dyes result in bright colours and soft fabrics.
Small is great for scrunchies and bows, anything that is small.
Medium is great for small zip pouches and/or bags. Also works for clothing depending on the design.
Large is great for clothing, blankets, towels because you’ll be able to see the design the best.

What scale should I get?
Sewing is all about personal preference. I personally don’t like Cotton Spandex for sweaters, but lots of people love it! This is where the fabric samples come in. You get to feel and see them in person and decide from there. Grab some here! Our most popular bases are Cotton Spandex, Cotton French Terry, Bamboo Lycra and Bamboo French Terry.
What base should I use?
A preorder is when customers purchase fabric before we order it. This ensures you get the fabric you want.
Preorders are non refundable.
Turn Around Time is approximately 3-5 weeks. Please plan ahead and allow extra time as events do occur that are out of our control and that push the time further.
Orders are placed EVERY MONDAY!
What is a Preorder?
Can I order in stock items with Preorder items?
Yes, but nothing will be shipped until the entire order is complete, this applies to Local Pick Up orders as well.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, if you place multiple orders, they will be shipped together and any shipping overages refunded. If you’ve paid shipping on your first order you can use the code COMBINE in the DISCOUNT BOX to waive shipping on any further orders and leave a note with your previous order numbers during checkout.
How do I get shop updates?
We ship within CANADA from Regina Saskatchewan.
Flat Rate shipping starts $19 and varies depending on your Location and weight of your order.
Lettermail is an option for certain bases and amounts. You can use it by adding the Lettermail Shipping Listing with the appropriate base and amount.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business days.
We ship using lowest cost with Couriers (ICS, Purolator, CanPar and GLS) and Canada Post. If you have a PO Box and a street address, please use both as courriers do not ship to PO Box (they are owned by Canada Post).
We are not responsible for any redelivery fees. Not all couriers will leave your package, if you know you won’t be home and want it left at your door, please leave a note during checkout.
If you prefer to Canada Post, choose that option during checkout.
Shipping is non refundable. We do however refund shipping overages. Meaning if we ship your order and it was less than what you paid, we’ll refund the difference.
IN THE EVENT OF A DELAY BEYOND OUR CONTROL, IF YOU’D LIKE PART OF YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WE WILL DO THAT AT YOUR EXPENSE
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. We will do our best to help locate the package, but we cannot refund your order. If you are concerned about your package getting lost and would like to purchase addition insurance, please email us.
We are not responsible for redelivery charges. If you want your package left without you being home please leave a note during checkout that you approve it being left. If you live rurally and aren’t home, sometimes the pickup location can be far away. To prevent this, please choose Canada Post or have it delivered to a friend or family’s house. There is an option for Canada Post during checkout.
Shipping
Since fabric is order specially for you, all fabric orders are NON REFUNDABLE. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
However, mistakes happen. If we’ve made an error or there is a printing flaw we missed, email us and include your order number.
We are human and mistakes happen, but we will make it reach! Please reach out if there is an issue.
