It comes with a pedestal cushion for 9mm and 13mm and a pedestal for buttons.
*Compatible with Kam Snaps Size 20 Regular Length* Use 13mm for this size (largest white base). Yellow base is for buttons.
An Awl is required for making your holes which is not included.
Frame is made of metal and the handle is plastic.
